Day 6 - Check In
Movement - Morning Hike + Walk (about 2.5 hours)
Water - ✅ I really need to figure out pacing, so that I don't have to use the restroom multiple times while shopping at Costco.
Protein - ✅ Costco trip to get some easy protein choices. I have been using Orgain protein powder, but find that it bothers my stomach after while. Decided to try Ascent. I haven't tried whey before.
Leader Habit - Took myself on a hike with my dog instead a my usual run / walk around the neighborhood. Hiking in beautiful places fills my soul, but I often drag my feet to drive someplace. (I, also, feel like I can't spare the time, so today was a win.) I reaped the benefits of this choice all day. YAY!!!!
What are your favorite protein powders? Do you even like them in general or are they too "processed"?
