Migration and Cultural diversity

Three years ago, when happened the upraising against the Venezuela´s Goverment, Colombian people were impact for the diaspora of venezuela´s people. In acording to the stadistics, thousands of persons migrated to our country because they were displaced by political and economical factors.

Colombia is a multicultural country in which you can settle in, but when that phenomenon happened, most of the population feel a cultural shock because many of migrants don´t were honest and good people. As the time runs, an integration was developed and here some companies tried to inclusive them to the work market.

I think is necessary set news diversity and migration policies in terms of improve a two way-street social behaviour of migration people, to get a better quality of life and broke down ethnical and cultural barriers of the countries.
