Change orders
We recently completed a custom home project, I verbally told the customer there will be “extras” for all the changes, and they agreed “verbally “ I sent them a bill for 8k and they are crying about it and questioning everything we have done.
Great Point- DONT BE AFRAID- write it out and BILL RIGHT AWAY!
