The purpose of this community is to have a place to connect with others as they as well as you and I struggle from time to time with mental health. We should build each other up and give one another the confidence to live life to the fullest.
As I said previous, this community is free but will soon become paid. A portion of the proceeds will go towards mental health organizations that either train others to help individuals with mental health, provide mental health services for those that may not be able to afford it, and also better marketing material.
I will also be doing a live discussion once a week with the community once we have enough members to do so.
This community is not to replace professional treatment by certified physicians or mental health practitioners.
