A few more days of Black History
I paused today and thought about the shoulders we stand on.
Dr. George Washington Carver turned curiosity into innovation when the world tried to limit his reach.
Frederick Douglass turned pain into power and taught a nation what courage sounds like when it speaks.
Thurgood Marshall turned justice from an idea into something real people could finally touch.
They didn’t wait for permission. They became possibility.
Because of them, doors opened. Voices rose. Futures shifted.
This isn’t just Black history.
This is American history.
This is human history.
This is a reminder that one life, lived with purpose, can echo for generations.
Today, I honor their legacy by remembering… and by continuing the work.
