Behind the scenes I do everything, you're just calling buyers and sellers. Whatever deal you bring me I'll analyze the market, run comps, tell you if it's worth it, how much you can offer, and obviously what you'd aim to make.
You'll also get my attorney approved contracts and access to my buyers and title company.
