Is the SMMA business model possible without Facebook ads?

Apologies if this is a lengthy message,

I was heavily inspired by Jakes' journey starting his real estate SMMA agency from the ground up. His service is heavily catered towards running people's paid ads.

I haven't found much success with paid advertising. Is there market for people/businesses looking for simple organic marketing such as managing Instagram and Tiktok, creating blog posts, etc.?

This service seems easier. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if there is any money in it?
