We're looking for somebody to do our Meta Ad Creative Strategy, helping us build new creatives with new angles, create more iterations of what's working, looking at market research to find new best-performing ads, comparing results to know what to scale. Some of your key responsibilities will be these:
- Create and edit 50 new ad variations weekly
- Research winning angles across competitors, markets, and trends
- Own the entire creative process - from brainstorming angles to final edit to campaign launch
- Analyze creative performance data daily and double down on what's working while killing what's not
- Work directly with our partners & media buyers to gather feedback and turn their insights into top performing creatives
