Sober Living Operators/Subject-To
Hey guys! Far fetched but, I got my first subject-to deal in Lakeland FL! I’m excited and I’m learning the ropes as I go, but based on my market analysis with the current mortgage balance it’s not a fix and flip. It’s a fix and hold, or even cooler - a sober living facility where the LL can rent out reach room by bed/wk rate. I’m looking for anyone who can get me a buyer — let’s make money!
