Turn your DEAD leads into PASSIVE INCOME!
Real estate has many different strategies that work for different kinds of sellers. And there's no one single strategy that works for all sellers. That means the greatest wholesaler of all time, still can't close every seller, you will still have dead leads/deals no matter what. The kinds of sellers that work well with the wholesaling strategy, are those with high pain/motivation who need to sell asap, and understand the faster they need it to sell, the lower the price needs to be, just like selling anything else on earth. But in creative finance, our best leads are actually the ones that don't work well with the wholesaling model. You know, the sellers you skip over because they want too much money, or maybe you contract them at the lowest price they agree to, just to see if it sells, but you know selling it at that price is a long shot. And as you expected, it just sits. They're not in enough pain. These leads/deals become forgotten and ultimately a waste of your time/money. Just part of the game right 🤷‍♂️ But i can now help wholesalers make PASSIVE INCOME on these dead leads/deals!!! Although I'm wholesaling, I'm also working with a team that specializes in creative finance now too. The thing about creative finance deals, is that our best leads are the exact sellers that don't work for wholesaling. Sellers that won't, or even can't accept a low enough offer that would work for a wholesale deal, because again, there's no one strategy that works for all sellers. Just the same way the motivated sellers in pain that work for wholesale deals, aren't necessarily ideal for creative finance strategies. So if you funnel your dead leads/deals to me, its a win win for us both because you make referral fee money passively on leads you otherwise wouldn't make a penny on with the wholesale strategy, and I get a steady/efficient flow of creative finance leads!
