Happy new year everyone! When you look at the people winning in this business, the difference is rarely intelligence or luck. It’s standards. Tony Robbins teaches that the moment you raise your standards, your life has no choice but to rise with it. If your standard is to “try,” you’ll keep getting average results. If your standard is to do whatever it takes to close your next deal, your actions change today, not someday. One of my favorite motivational speakers Ed Mylett talks a lot about the gap between your potential and your performance. Most people are living way below what they are capable of, not because they don’t know what to do, but because they won’t step into DISCOMFORT. Sending that DM, making that call, asking for help, or partnering on a deal feels awkward. Growth always does. But comfort is expensive, and it always shows up later as regret. This group isn’t here so you can do this alone. The fastest way to level up is to lock arms with someone who is already moving. If you’ve got a lead, a question, a property, or even just momentum, post it. Team up. JV a deal. Ask for eyes on something you’re stuck on. Momentum is contagious, but only if you put yourself in the game. So here’s the challenge: raise your standards today and close the gap between who you are and who you know you can become. Don’t wait for perfect. Take one uncomfortable action before the day is over and post it in the group/ post. The people who win this year won’t be the ones who watched. They’ll be the ones who moved. The ones who become comfortable being UNCOMFORTABLE.
