NEED HELP ASAP
I need help with a deal I’m working on at in Little Rock.AR The seller says: • There are 2 rental units bringing in $1,200/month each • Both tenants may move out around August next year • There’s a commercial space that might be turned into another rental unit with some extra work The property is already posted on Zillow, so the photos are there. I just need your help to verify the condition based on the photos and give me your honest opinion on repairs, neighborhood strength, and whether the seller’s claims make sense. The seller wants someone to review the property details before he signs the contract because he had bad experiences with wholesalers changing prices. This deal could be strong if the numbers match the condition. Can you help me review it and confirm the repair estimated?
