Probate-Pre foreclosure

So nice been looking at some of the list that Zach supplied us with and I’ve been trying to access some probate leads but everything I pull up shows a court case and a name. Is there anyway to know if the probate even involves real estate? I was under the impression that we would see an address and skip trace the owner but it’s the opposite. Anyone with probate knowledge out there care to help me understand? Tia
