Getting that first deal
When trying to get your first deal closed, the last thing you want to do is get stuck in the learning stage. It’s easy to spend weeks just studying all your notes and never to actually pick up the phone and talk to sellers. You will never see results until you take real action/don’t be scared to fail the worst that can happen. Is you get experience.
