Be Honest… How Many of Y’all Have Actually Closed a Real Deal?
Serious question. I see a lot of people talking theory, scripts, and ‘my mentor said this’… but how many of y’all have actually closed a REAL deal start to finish?
Not JV’d.
Not ‘helped’ someone.
Not watched a course.
I mean actually:
• Pulled your own list
• Locked up your own contract
• Found your own buyer
• Got your own assignment check
If you HAVE closed a deal — flex it. Drop how much you made, what list it came from, and what marketing channel.
