Bandit Sign update

Since I’ve put out my bandit signs a few weeks ago, to my surprise, I’ve received several calls. Which have resulted in 2 walk through appointments thus far and I’ve made one offer (which got turned down). I don’t care that they didn’t accept my offer because I was going for the “NO” anyways but the seller didn’t want to counter-offer.

It’s the name of the game and I love the fact that my signs are catching drivers attention 😅. Still have another walk through appointment next week. Excited for today because GOD has blessed me with another opportunity to GRIND and become at least 1% better. #MAMBAMENTALITY 🏠 📱 🪧
