I'm Ken - connected with a few folks here. I am the founder of OfffMarket.com and I'm looking to meet wholesalers that want to crush Dispo.
As for me, I own 56 doors - have been investing in Real Estate as a buyer since 2019. Mostly SFR and multifamily in FL & OH.
But I worked for Empora Title a year as their head of sales, and 90% of my conversations were about finding buyers (as our core customer base were wholesalers).
So I quite literally want to solve dispo.
