Not My Best...

Hey everyone! I wanted to check in and let you know what’s going on.

I’ve been dealing with an unexpected health situation the past few days that required me to slow down and focus on rest and recovery. Nothing too alarming, but enough that pushing through or showing up half-present wouldn’t be aligned or responsible.

Because of that, I won’t be hosting today’s live meetup, and I’ve been quieter than usual in here.

This isn’t a disappearance or a shift away — just a short pause to let my body recalibrate so I can come back clear, grounded, and fully present for you all.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I’ll keep you posted on when the live will be rescheduled, and content will resume as soon as I’m back at full capacity.
