We are all on our own journey. Our mind is being shaped by our emotions and thoughts. The younger we are, emotions sets in building our habits from our surrounds, parents and friends. As we age, we're conditioned by society to act and do things in a certain way. What we study, who we study and work with is another add-on. Then in our mid years, we've locked in our subconscious patterns. Most of us whether we have a partner or not, don't enjoy change as it requires effort. There's not enough reason or drive to want to better yourself.
For those of you looking to transform and explore different sides of you talent, expertise, drive and ultimately understand the habits you want to acquire in your daily lives, this is the place for you.
