- Critique the weld, not the welder.
- No ego. If you are here to flex, you are in the wrong room.
- No tearing people down. We diagnose. We correct. We improve.
- Be specific. If you give feedback, explain why. Talk about fit-up, prep, sequencing, machine settings, and execution. Details matter.
- No gatekeeping. Everyone started somewhere.
- No spam. No random promotions. No off-topic junk.
- Real work only. Jobsite content, real projects, real problems, real lessons. Funny jobsite moments are welcome too.
- If you comment, make it constructive.
