Electrical Tip of the Day: Voltage, Current, and Resistance
Basic Electrical Tip:
Before you can troubleshoot HVACR equipment, you need to understand these 3 words:
Voltage = the electrical pressure pushing power through the circuit.
Current = the flow of electricity.
Resistance = anything that slows down or limits the flow.
Simple example:
Voltage is like water pressure.
Current is like the water flowing.
Resistance is like a restriction in the pipe.
