Something I’ve been noticing with a lot of aligned / purpose-driven businesses..

As the founder gets more clear, the business doesn’t always evolve at the same pace.

So even with that clarity, it can still feel like:

repeating things..

small things slipping..

trying tools that don’t quite land..

Not really a motivation issue, more about where the business lives.
