Lemon Ricotta cookies
Yesterday wanted something new well i always want something new 😆 🤣. I had a batch of budder I gave an additional wash cause I didn't think the lemon would cover the bud taste. Well I was wrong. These have no bud taste and slap ya silly lol. I used a lemon cake mix with a cup of ricotta cheese half a cup budder a 2 eggs. 350 for 15 minutes. I ate 6 yesterday and just waking up 😆 🤣 time to start the day and make my cookies for the week.
