Listen up.

Most of you new to web design will probably land your first client somehow, do the work… and then just f*** off.

Don’t do that.

Give your clients a good client experience.

Make their life as easy as possible. Don’t confuse them, don’t overwhelm them. Make the whole process simple ( feedback,payments, handing over assets...)

And here’sthe thing:

When the project is done and you’ve been paid, don’t just disappear. Offer them 30 days of free email support.

I’m not saying you should redo their whole site again. I’m talking about simply replying to their questions, being helpful when they reach out. That’s it.

Now imagine this…They had an awesome, smooth experience with you. What do you think is gonna happen?

They’ll recommend you to other businesses. Because people talk. And if you’re chill and easy to work with, your name gets passed around.

So don’t be a dickhead and charge for every little thing.

Build trust. Play the long game. And be friendly that is going to pay off!!
