What do you think about Instagram profile?

Hello guys, rn I'm positioning myself as a freelance web designer who has a team that works with him in case of outsourcing, and I'm putting this profile photo that you see on Instagram. The question here is: Do you guys recommend having a personal photo as a profile picture and some work in the posts or should I put a logo better in case scaling for an agency in the future, and does putting a logo also affects trust in the beginning?
