super easy semi-automation that saves hours
This is how i send the emails I scraped, it went so smooth
- Get the list of scraped emails
- add another row and manually type their name (I tried making gpt do this but he failed over and over)
- ad the column of emails and names into chat gpt and give this script:
- "I want you to make these email addresses into clickable links, so that it automatically opens in my email program. Put this in the subject line [e.g. I found you on Insta & short question] and this in the body of the email [Hey [name], I found your profile on instagram, and I liked your style!, are you active around [pick a random location]. Kind regards, [your name]" (I used thunderbird as mail software and make sure to have your business email as the main email, make sure to use gpt in browser, not in desktop app, as the link won't open)
- It will automatically make a clickable link with topic and email already filled in and semi personalized (filled in the name) I like this because it gives me a bit of control. I can still check the email before sending it. And I can still send like 20 emails per minute or so. And you don't need any fancy automation software.
