Subscription models…

I was wondering if any of you run your agencies/ businesses / freelance work on a subscription based model.

So instead of one off costs for a full build, (although if the clients had absolutely nothing a smaller one off cost would be needed) the client has an option of 3 tiers which would be dependent on the amount of support needed but would enable them to submit tasks and projects and then have them fulfilled?

It’s kind of the middle ground between freelance and full agency.

As it would be just me completing the workload initially I have priced accordingly and factored in my capacity.

What do you think? It’s targeted towards businesses who are growing and have a small team but not fully ready for a full in house team.
