Struggling to Start Freelancing While Working a Job. Need Advice

I’ve been working as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer for the past four years. I’m currently doing a full-time job and trying to build my freelancing career on the side. I’ve tried Upwork and different platforms, applied to many jobs, optimized my profile, created strong proposals, but I’m still not getting the success I expected.

I would really appreciate any advice from those who have grown their freelancing career while balancing a job. What strategies worked for you? How did you get your first few clients and build momentum? Any tips, feedback, or guidance would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!
