One Year In — Time to Level Up
Last year, I took a big step and launched my first subscription-based website service. It was a low-ticket offer, designed to help local businesses get online without big upfront costs — and it worked!
That one website helped me turn web design into a full-time living. For that, I’m beyond grateful.
Now, I’m ready to scale things up. I’m planning to launch a second service focused on high-ticket, custom web projects — more tailored, more advanced, and built for businesses ready to invest in growth.
Here’s where I’d love your input:
  • Should I keep both models running side by side or focus more on the high-end service?
  • For those of you who’ve scaled from low-ticket to high-ticket offers, what was the game-changer for you?
Appreciate any insights you can share — and if you’re in a similar phase of growth, let’s connect!
