Hi everyone─ I had a chance to see that some people were also struggling to streamline their main inbound lead processing for their business. That is, if you're an agency or a B2B business, you'd like to have an reliable way to handle inbound leads without losing track of them. I work in a BizDev agency for tech and engineering companies and I would always put these tasks aside because I believed we shouldn't focus so much on acquiring new clients, but, rather, keeping the ones we have with great service. This led to a point where our streams of income became limited and we foresaw a possible drawback on our strat. I still think the same, but agreed to change.
I didn't have a lot of experience to solve this but I found a way. Our CRM is still just a spreadsheet & Airtable and everyone had access to it. It was pretty well managed, but now I was able to make this much better by just simlpy automating form submission and using an auto-responder without having to code anything (despite having a technical background). I was able to use a few tools and get a whole system set up to make this all automated. I got it done in about a few hours and we were able to handle a high (for us) influx of inbound leads for our small team. We would get about 25 leads a day with only 1 being likely a good fit, but previously we would just track email entries manually.
The set up I got looks something like that in the pic attached.
I hope that this helps anyone on the same shoes as we were. Not very likely to be the case for most if you're a bigger agency though.
