How it works 👇:
- i have a template ready made with Custome variables i use Panda Doc because i can take payment with it as well as include the contract with a signature , but google slides works fine and it's free
- i have a form (use tally because it's free) i collect info , problem , and i draft a solution for the client during the talk
- using make i send the form inputs and push them into an ai that i prompt specifically for my agency it uses the inputs and expands on them and creates the Custome variables (i only do the problem , the solution and timeline )
- send this info to panda doc in make , the client get's the proposal right after the call
