Early April warmth.
Today will be setting records. It’s the warmest temperature recorded for April 8th. The old record was 24.4 degC set at Brixton in 1894. That’s an old, old record!
The highest i’ve seen so far today is 26.6 degC at Kew Gardens. That’s very impressive, beating the old record that had stood for 132 years by 2.2 degC . My high for Durham today is 22.9 degC.
What temperature have you seen?
