What a week to be in the markets, WealVex family!
If you weren't watching the charts today, you missed a historic "Friday Power Hour." The markets just finished one of the most explosive rallies of 2026, and the momentum is shifted into high gear.
🌍 The Big Picture: Why the Market Rallied
The game-changer today was the announcement that the Strait of Hormuz is officially open for commercial shipping.
- Oil Plunged: Crude prices tanked nearly 13% today (settling near $82).
- Equities Rallied: With energy costs dropping, the S&P 500 ($ES) and Nasdaq ($NQ) both ripped to brand new All-Time Highs.
- The Record: The S&P 500 closed above 7,100 for the first time in history. We are officially in "Blue Skies" territory.
