Stop Waiting for Leads. Start Conversations That Convert
Everyone wants “more leads”…
But nobody wants to start conversations.
Here’s the truth most people avoid:
👉 Your income is directly tied to how many meaningful conversations you’re willing to initiate.
Not post.
Not tweak your logo.
Not “optimize your funnel” for the 17th time.
Conversations.
Let’s break this into two simple strategies:
1. Prospecting (Direct Outreach)
This is where you go to the people.
Not spammy. Not weird. Not “Hey dear” energy 😅
Just intentional, human, confident conversation.
What it actually looks like:
- Replying to someone’s story
- Commenting thoughtfully on posts
- DMing based on something specific you noticed
- Asking questions instead of pitching
Example:
“Hey I saw your post about struggling with consistency — what have you tried so far?”
That’s it. No pitch. No pressure.
👉 The goal = start a conversation, not close a sale
2. Attraction Marketing (Pull Strategy)
This is where people come to you.
But here’s where most people get it wrong…
They think attraction marketing means:
“Post and pray.”
No.
Real attraction marketing =
- Sharing your thoughts
- Showing your process
- Talking about problems your audience already feels
- Being clear, not clever
You’re creating content that makes someone think:
👉 “Wait… this person gets me.”
The Magic is in Combining Both
If you only post → you wait
If you only DM → you burn out
But together?
🔥 You warm people up with content
🔥 Then deepen the connection through conversation
That’s how sales actually happen.
Simple Framework to Use Today:
- Post 1 piece of value/content
- Engage with 5–10 people intentionally
- Start 3–5 genuine conversations
- Focus on helping, not closing
Do this daily and watch what happens.
Reminder:
You don’t need more followers.
You need:
- More conversations
- Better questions
- Less fear of “what if they don’t reply”
