Week 4- Day 27
Hey Ladies! Day 27
Morning Gratitude: What's something you attempted this weekend that challenged you? How did you handle it?
Weekend Practice: The 3R Method in Real Life
Weekends are PERFECT for practicing the complete 3R Method.
Why? More unstructured time = more opportunities for struggle.
Common weekend scenarios:
Boredom:
  • R1: Regulate (breathe, don't panic about entertaining them)
  • R2: Release ("You're great at figuring out fun things to do." Walk away)
  • R3: Respond ("Your brain can solve this problem!")
Sibling conflict:
  • R1: Regulate (don't jump in to referee immediately)
  • R2: Release (Wait 30 seconds, see if they solve it)
  • R3: Respond ("You can work this out. I'm here if you need me.")
Morning routine chaos:
  • R1: Regulate (breathe through the chaos)
  • R2: Release ("You know how to get ready. I trust you.")
  • R3: Respond (natural consequences if they're late)
Your Day 27 Practice: Choose ONE weekend scenario.
Use the complete 3R Method. Notice what happens.
💬 What's your biggest weekend struggle scenario? How could you use 3R with it?
