What’s your thoughts on starting a weekly meal plan?!
Like we know we need to be following an anti inflammatory diet and its so hard to do it all alone! What if we all do it together and we can talk about how we’re going through the week?! Then we can all be depressed or happy together!! 🙌🏽🫣
