Healing doesn’t happen automatically just because you change locations.
I thought booking the flight would fix everything.
New country.
New energy.
New version of me.
But the hardest lesson?
You don’t escape your old self
You meet her on the journey.
Travel didn’t erase the big life shift.
It helped me process it.
It taught me:
Confidence is built in unfamiliar places.
Courage grows every time you choose yourself.
Deferred dreams don’t expire they wait.
The real transformation wasn’t the destination.
It was deciding I was still allowed to want more.
If you’re navigating a big shift right now, remember:
Your story isn’t over.
It’s unfolding.
And sometimes the first step isn’t a plane ticket It’s permission!
