A new month is here, and with it comes a fresh opportunity to reconnect with our goals, our creativity, and the stories we want to tell.
For many of us, June also means Pride Monthβa time to celebrate who we are, honor those who came before us, and make space for queer joy, queer stories, and queer community. π
As writers, creators, and dreamers, this month is a chance to ask ourselves:
π± What do I want to create this month?
βοΈ What writing goal would feel meaningful?
π What am I hoping to learn or explore?
π How can I show myself a little more grace?
π How can I celebrate myself and my community?
Remember: your goals don't have to be huge to matter.
Maybe your goal is to:
- finish a chapter
- establish a writing routine
- edit a few pages
- attend writing sprints
- submit your work somewhere
- simply write more consistently
Small steps add up.
As we begin June, I hope you make room for both ambition and joy. For progress and rest. For creativity and community.
