We are looking for a skilled developer to build a fully functional, production-ready AI Voice Agent for a specialized retail/service project. The goal is to automate phone orders while maintaining a natural, human-like conversation flow in Czech.

🛠️ Scope of Work:

• Voice Interface: Create a voice bot that handles incoming calls in Czech (natural STT/TTS and low latency).

• Live Database Integration: The agent must query our database in real-time to check product availability/stock levels before confirming any order.

• Order Logic: The bot must accurately collect:

• Specific products and quantities.

• Customer details (Name, delivery time, etc.).

• Data Export: Once the order is finalized, the bot must push the structured data to a specified endpoint (Email, CRM, or Google Sheets) via Webhooks/API.

• Knowledge Base: Implementing a database/knowledge base so the bot understands the product catalog and business FAQs.

🎯 Requirements:

• Proven experience with AI Voice frameworks (e.g., Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, or custom Twilio/Python solutions).

• Experience with LLMs (GPT-4o/Claude) and prompt engineering for specific business logic.

• Ability to integrate APIs and work with databases (SQL, Supabase, Airtable, etc.).

• Czech language proficiency (The bot must sound natural and understand local nuances).
