Intro

Hi everyone — James Turner here, based in the UK.

I’ve just joined and I’m looking forward to getting involved. I run Wishbone Sync and Wishbone Prompt Hub, where I build and package practical AI prompts and automation systems.

I’m coming straight off a short break in France (4–5 days), so I’m just getting everything back in motion — but I’m fully locked in now.

My main focus is Voice AI + automation for lead capture, booking flows, follow-ups, and reducing missed-call revenue loss. Keen to learn from the room and share what I’m building as I go.
