How are you handling the ops side of your agency?
Just joined here, been deep in the voice AI space for a while and curious how others are managing the business side of things.
Client delivery I get. But everything around it like consistent lead gen, tracking what competitors are doing, knowing if your marketing is actually working, that stuff feels like it needs its own dedicated system.
What's everyone's current setup for that? Hired help, built something custom, or just winging it?
