Am I just afraid ??

It's been almost 4 months since I first dive into the world of ai automation. My goal was to make my first 10k with an ai agency. Now, I'm stuck in a loophole since 2 weeks ago, zero clients yet, everything set up, only problem is I just can't overcome my fear of cold calls. I already did a few, just to get rejected and left with anxiety everytime I pick up the phone, even tho I have a script and a list of leads ready. Can someone give me some advice (even harsh) to just get me out of this loop ? I'm tired of procrastinating my success.
