Moving to new habit!
Happy monday everyone!!
After this couple of months gotta say that this community help me stay accountable and establish the habit I set myself to! I want to share my results with you, but also my gratitude with everyone!
✅️ Daily log with all fitness goals breakdown
This system of tracking daily my food intake (calories and macros), my workout performance and steps count; really helped me understand why I was struggling so much at loosing weight and why I was so tired all the time. In 2 months I was able to loose over 10lbs, and my clothes fit again! I am just halfway to the final goal, but we this habit already establish I can finally see the finish line closer than ever!!
This past week I was absent, as we were on vacation, but I was also reflecting in what goal is my next priority to narrow down! I've began taking the "Experience God course" and so that will be my next habit, to take time everyday to grow my relationship with God, either through the course but also my reading my bible everyday!
So, Mary's new habit for the Arena:
Daily bible/experience God reading 💕
