After my 20 days streak of daily exercise and 2+ months of consistency working out or going for walks every single day, I am confident in my consistency with that habit.
Now I have decided to commit to building a new habit and leverage The Arena to do it. Because I intentional use this accountability system it helps me and drives me more than just trying to do it by myself.
So today was day 1 of my new habit which is to meditate every single day. It’s something I used to do few years ago for a while but life got busy and I let it go. I’ve tried to get back into meditating multiple times but fell off rarely quickly each time. But doing it daily I know transforms my energy and clarity in each day so I am eager to build up this habit.
And I gotta admit, today wasn’t easy. I procrastinated, I hesitated, and even during the meditation I can feel myself focusing through it. But no matter what I did it and I know it will get easier💪
