Learning wholesaling vs implementing on calls !
Im seeing a huge difference in my current small group training, what I changed was instead of teaching and having people implement on their own time, I added everyone to MY CRM, im running ads and having them call my fresh leads from social media ads and cold call leads, and everyone is learning WHILE they dial & actually make seller convos.
We have people in the group that have been stuck in analysis paralysis for 2 years who are finally making calls, and the crazy thing is everyone sounds SO good on the phones already. It's one thing to be nervous but when the lead and call system is handed to you on a silver platter and you just have to hit dial, and I'm there making sure you know how to comp, and what to say next.. i'm seeing it makes a world of a difference.
For context, usually 3/10 people in a small group will jump on the phones the first month, everyone else takes time "researching", building websites, systems etc.
This time, We already have 5 people talking to sellers on day 2! Huge difference, and I'm super excited to share the results in 5 weeks with everyone.
