When people say it’s a numbers game they usually leave out it’s ONLY a numbers game if you have a good sales process, if not you’re just throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping it sticks
And when you’re spending $15, $20, $50 for ONE lead you can’t afford to throw spaghetti (& don’t get me started on those $250 Google leads!)
My point is, anyone can get on the phone and luck up on a deal after 100 calls. But before you can rely on “the numbers game” you have to lock in your sales process, your tonality, your pacing, understand what sellers really need when you speak to them and provide that solution and that’s not something that can just come from a script. It comes from repetition.
My advice? Practice on cheaper leads. Spend a little more time than money upfront so once you start running adds or paying for leads you are prepared to play the numbers game to the best of your ability!!
