[Hiring]Automation Support Specialist [30USD/Hour]
You will be the go-to technical problem solver for members running into automation issues, primarily in n8n. Most questions will arrive as screenshots or Loom videos. Your job is to understand the issue, ask clear follow-up questions if needed, and provide a fix, always within one hour of active work.
Your work will directly support member success, retention, and satisfaction by making sure their automations keep running smoothly.
Compensation & Logistics
- Contract-to-hire, 10-15 hours per week to start. It could easily rise as the community grows
- $30 an hour ($300-$450 per week to start) plus performance bonus tied to the scorecard
- Strong possibility of future full-time work paying roughly $60,000 per year with further growth opportunities
- We provide Skool admin access, Loom Pro, and an n8n sandbox; you provide a stable internet connection and headset
