KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Develop and implement social media strategy, manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon accounts, produce daily advocacy content, draft scripts and talking points for leadership, create graphics and social explainers, monitor news and amplify relevant content, support Substack and emerging platforms, coordinate cross-team digital campaigns, manage multimedia technical administration, lead social performance reporting focused on fundraising and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 3–4 years social media experience in political campaigns or nonprofits, experience managing social presence for public figures or leaders, proficiency with scheduling and analytics platforms, strong multi-voice writing skills, ability to work in fast-paced campaign environments, alignment with progressive values, experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides preferred, video, audio editing and graphic design experience preferred
