Role: Lead and scale Hostinger’s Emerging Channels Growth function by identifying, validating, and expanding new marketing channels to drive brand visibility, sentiment, and customer acquisition across global markets.

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own global emerging channels roadmap from research to scaling, develop full-funnel strategies across Reddit Twitter LinkedIn Discord and niche communities, test and scale new acquisition channels including SEO GEO content and community-driven tactics, monitor online brand sentiment and manage reputation opportunities or risks, introduce growth frameworks and experimentation playbooks, align with Product Marketing SEO Brand and regional teams on GTM strategy, define success metrics and present performance insights to senior leadership, mentor team members on experimentation and growth methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 4+ years experience in digital marketing growth or performance marketing, proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and owning channel strategy, strong understanding of emerging platforms and community ecosystems, knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools like Ahrefs or SimilarWeb, strong data-driven decision-making skills, excellent written English, high adaptability and experimentation mindset, interest in technology and AI-driven marketing innovation
