KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end Meta campaign strategy and execution across multiple brands, manage budget pacing and optimization for revenue impact, design and run structured A/B tests across audiences creative formats placements and messaging, translate performance data into actionable creative insights, partner with product marketing and design to shape asset development, analyze campaign metrics to form testable growth hypotheses, communicate performance results and strategic recommendations to leadership, identify expansion opportunities across new placements formats audiences and adjacent paid social channels, maintain documentation and repeatable systems for scalable execution

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 5+ years managing high-spend Meta paid social programs, experience operating across complex multi-campaign ecosystems, strong experimentation and A/B testing experience, proven ability to translate performance data into creative and strategic direction, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and product marketing teams, strong project management and prioritization abilities
